LibraPay payments plugin

Allow customers to pay online using their credit card via LibraPay payments gateway. This plugin integrates nopCommerce-based e-shops with the gateway's APIs for processing payments. Of course, as a merchant, you need the agreement in place with the payments provider. The plugin needs to be configured with the proper settings you get from LibraPay. LibraPay (www.librapay.ro) is a Romanian-based payments operator.
